This means that the machines need constant mould changes so that they can be adapted to different bending requirements. HG-ATC has solved all our problems of time, precision and safety&#8221;.<\/p><p><strong>What are the benefits in terms of productivity?<\/strong><\/p><p>&#8220;Thanks to the HG-ATC, we have cut production times by 20-25% while also seeing a relative increase in the number of pieces processed. In companies like ours, which specialise in light machining on various types of metal with a thickness of up to 5 mm, it&#8217;s essential to optimise output rates and productivity&#8221;.<\/p><p><strong>What would you say to anyone who hasn&#8217;t yet bought an Amada ATC?<\/strong><\/p><p>&#8220;For companies that work on different production batches with low numbers, this is certainly a technology that can meet their needs when it comes to time and productivity.
